Clemson, SC - As a former Clemson Track and Field Alumni, Jamine Moton proudly announced the highly anticipated workshop "Bring Your Daughter to Clemson: Champion Edition," an event celebrating women who have graduated from Clemson University. The workshop, hosted by 7-time Hall of Fame Inductee, Clemson Track and Field Hall of Famer, and National Champion, Jamine Moton, took place on Saturday, May 20th, 2023, at 6:00 pm at Bowman Field. Accompanied by their daughters and mothers, the event featured four remarkable women who significantly contributed to the world of athletics and postgraduate accomplishments.

The "Bring Your Daughter to Clemson: Champions Edition" workshop celebrates dreams, resilience, and the boundless potential that lies within every young girl. It aims to ignite a spark of passion, instill unwavering self-belief, and empower these young minds to chase their aspirations fearlessly. This year's event featured a Q&A session with Clemson Track and Field Alumni Marcia Smith, Cydonie Mothersill, Michelle Burgher, and Moton. Participants learned the importance of achieving their goals and persevering in sports and life.

"These are not just any speakers; they are my college roommates and teammates. We are all very close. I am honored to bring them together in this space and encourage the next generation of Clemson alums. We are thrilled to participate in this event and provide a platform for young girls to connect with female athletes and Clemson Alumni," said former Track and Field 2011 Hall of Fame Inductee Jamine Moton. "We hope this event will inspire the next generation of female athletes and leaders."
